In March 2024, digital tests have been developed to determine the skills, competences and knowledge of workers in the construction industry for two professions: Installer of permanent anchoring systems on rooftops and Finishing work technician.
Digital testing tests are necessary to allow the determination of the knowledge gained in the employee's work experience without the need to go to a special assessment session. The test can be taken in a work environment using a computer, tablet and or even a mobile phone. The test is based on the description of the relevant profession and includes questions that best reflect the employee's readiness for the position or functions to be performed at a certain level. In the next stage of the project, training materials will be created, which will give employees the opportunity to improve the missing knowledge. The project lasts until August 31, 2024.
Tests are created in 3 languages - Latvian, English and Italian.
